Wellness: Journey Meditation
Relating to the current exhibition "Delcy Morelos: Interwoven," participants will visualize energy for inner healing, spiritual awakening, and self-mastery. This workshop will take place in the lower main gallery. Participants should dress comfortably and are encouraged to bring a meditation cushion of their own. Meditation cushions and chairs will be provided upon request. This program is recommended for ages 13 and up. All abilities are welcome.
