Wellness: Affirmation Meditation
Relating to the current exhibition Delcy Morelos: Interwoven, participants will be guided into a positive mindset through imagery and positive affirmation. This workshop will take place in the lower main gallery.
Participants should dress comfortably and are encouraged to bring a meditation cushion of their own. Meditation cushions and chairs will be provided upon request. This program is recommended for ages 13 and up. All abilities are welcome.
