(ICYT) will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a Biennial Blocks to Books Fundraising Dinner and Auction at 2 p.m. Oct. 12, at the Phyllis Wheatley Heritage Center, 2711 Locust St., to help cover free tutoring expenses for disadvantaged youths in the St. Louis region.
