ROTARY CLUB OF ST. LOUIS HOSTS BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL MEMBER RECRUITMENT DRIVE
(St Louis, MO) – January 12, 2024 – Rotary Club of St. Louis has announced that it is hosting a membership recruitment drive for business professionals across the Greater St Louis area.
Applicants are not required to reside downtown, all residents of Greater St. Louis are invited to join. However, applicants must meet a list of requirements to be eligible to become a member of Rotary. Prospective members must hold (or be retired from) a professional, proprietary, executive, managerial, or community position; have demonstrated a commitment to service through personal involvement; and be able to meet the club's weekly attendance or community project-participation requirements. Rotary Clubs also promote diversity in their membership by seeking out members from a variety of races, professions and ages.
“Rotarians are people of action,” said Rotary Club of St. Louis Immediate Vice President and Bank of America Senior Vice President, Richard Warriner. “We focus our member recruitment on other business people who are actively doing the work to make our community a better place.”
Rotary Club of St Louis meets every Thursday at noon at the Missouri Athletic Club Downtown to discuss upcoming volunteer opportunities with local charities, fundraisers, social events and special guest speakers.
