News Horizons Band Spring Concert Saturday, May 11 7pm at the Godfrey KC
The band consisting of over 40 senior musicians will play hits from their 26 years of New Horizon Band concerts. You will also hear some new selections, including Y Viva Espana featuring the trombone section, the Toreador March from the Opera "Carmen", Hungarian Dance No. 5 and Polonaise in Eb. The show starts at 7pm at the Godfrey KC. Table seating with cash bar, desserts and refreshments. Doors open one hour before the concert begins. Perspective members are welcome to sit in a band practice on Monday nights at 5 p.m. at the Godfrey Knights of Columbus Hall.
