Roll the Dice Improv Game Show
The high-energy improv troupe Extraneous, Commas invites audiences to become part of the action in their latest show, "Roll the Dice," playing
Sunday, September 7, at 4:00 PM in the Strauss Black Box Theatre at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center.
An afternoon of laughter, quick thinking, and unscripted fun, Roll the Dice puts the power in the audience’s hands — literally. Throughout the performance, audience members roll giant dice to choose which short-form improv games the cast must play next, creating a unique and
unpredictable show every time.
“This is improv that plays like a game show — fast-paced, interactive, and hilarious,” says Kelly Peplinski, a member of the troupe. “It’s part Whose Line Is It Anyway?, part board game night, and all spontaneous fun.”
Jonathan Garland joins the regular cast after a stellar guest player performance in June. Garland, known for his dynamic stage presence and razor-sharp improv instincts, brings his signature style and infectious energy to the Commas. He's the perfect addition to Extraneous, Commas ensemble, which is known for their clever scenes, musical games, and off-the-cuff brilliance.
Tickets are priced from $20 to $35 and are available for purchase online and at the door, with no additional fees applied when purchasing in person or by calling the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center.
