After one session, students will move to the Taekwondo Families class that meets on Thursdays from 6:45-8:30. Learn Taekwondo and have fun as a family. Anyone age 10 and up with or without another family member, but it is really a lot of fun for the whole family. Learn self-defense, forms, Olympic sparring, point sparring. Classes are geared to the student with warmups designed to meet the needs of all ages and physical requirements. Instructors show students how to modify exercises so they can be done by everyone. We offer tournament competition where students can try out their skills and earn medals. Sessions are 12 weeks ... Sessions are 12 weeks in length meeting every Thursday from 6:45-8:30. Cost for session is $40 for resident and $60 for non-resident. Uniforms available first night of class. Cost of uniform ranges from $25-$35. AAU membership ($22) is also required and purchased the first night of class. Bring or mention this ad and get $5 off the first uniform.
