Moon Bath Workshop - New beginnings and inspiring growth with Meg Krejci
We will be expertly guided by Meg Krejci and her daughter, Paige. This event will be a revitalizing evening where we will learn to mindfully connect to ourselves, our lives, the moon cycles and rhythms of the seasons. Included in our monthly series will be learning of mindfulness and themes of nature, a centering practice, and moments to journal.
These evenings will include the creation of a Moon Bath Tea with a corresponding crystal for continuing the self-care ritual at home. Journals will be provided or feel free to bring your own. Also included is a 15% discount of KIND products for workshop participants the night of the event.
