Announces 58th Annual Couturier
The Resale Shop, a charitable project of the National Council of Jewish Women St. Louis (NCJWSTL), raises funds to support women, children, and families in our community. This year marks the 81st anniversary of The Resale Shop and the 58th annual Couturier. Well known by local fashionistas for a selection of top-quality, discounted designer merchandise, this year's Couturier event will be stocked with high quality clothing and accessories from top fashion brands as well as unique home décor.
On the heels of Secondhand September, a month known for highlighting the sustainability of shopping at Thrift stores, Jessica Duneman, Director Retail Operations exclaimed, "We are thrilled to offer designer clothing and accessories for a fraction of the cost. This year's event includes brands such a Vince, Lululemon, Tory Burch, Eileen Fisher, St. John, Burberry, Jimmy Choo and more!"
The event begins on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, with a VIP Preview Event, where purchasing a special VIP ticket in advance allows shoppers to shop all the unique designer items before anyone else. Later that day, at 4:00 PM, VIP admission is $10 at the door. Couturier continues with no entry fee Thursday, October 20 and Friday, October 21. The event ends with a special, storewide sale on one-of-a-kind designer items on Saturday, October 22. The 58th Annual Couturier is sponsored by Hindman Auctions and Appraisals.

The Resale Shop's proceeds help support the many programs and projects of NCJWSTL that improve the lives of women, children, and families in the St. Louis community. One of those projects is the Back to School! Store which recently provided 2,100 backpacks to area elementary students full of school supplies, winter coats, and other essentials necessary to start school with excitement and learn with confidence.
