Women as Leaders Breakfast Series
USGIF is pleased to present the return of this popular three-part workshop on understanding the challenges and barriers that women leaders face, this year in St. Louis. Picture a world in which leadership in the workplace reflects the full array of human talent. But due to a complex mix of factors, the reality is that the path to top leadership for women is often blocked. These workshops will offer participants tools and strategies that they can use immediately to overcome these barriers. Participants will better understand the phenomenon of the double bind, the confidence gap, imposter syndrome, and challenges related to negotiation and communication. They will also learn about descriptive and prescriptive bias, strategies to overcome these common challenges, and ways all leaders can support moving the needle on this critical issue. This free event is useful for all leaders and open to everyone.
