The City of Creve Coeur is interested in commissioning an artist or artist team to create a site-specific commemorative artwork for Dr. H. Phillip Venable Memorial Park that engages visitors in the Venable story. The park rises from the legacy of racial residential segregation and was rededicated in 2021.
