Craft Chat with Artist Moraa Nyaribo
Moraa Nyaribo has artwork in our Staenberg Gallery exhibition Slow/Make and teaches in the textiles and fibers studio at Craft Alliance. Hear more about her studio practice and get a closer look at her artwork. Try your hand at weaving with a complimentary mini-weaving loom.
Moraa Nyaribo is a multidisciplinary artist who works in textiles and fibers. Nyaribo has a B.A in Fashion and Textiles from the University of Nairobi, coupled with an M.F.A in Fibers from Savannah College of Art and Design and is currently an artist fellow with the Kranzberg Arts Foundation in Saint Louis, Missouri.
