Chauffeured around Paris by the mysterious Celine (Edith Scob), Mr. Oscar is, at various times, a captain of industry, a gibberish-spewing troglodyte who snatches models and takes them to his underground lair, a shadowy assassin sent to kill his own doppelganger, a loving father, and a dying old man.
