1. Walter Parks and The Unlawful Assembly reimagining historic spirituals, hollers and work songs. Based in New York this group features Ada Dyer on voice, who tours in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band
2. The Moonrisers from Detroit. Soundtrack music features one of the world's most interesting drummers-Adam Schreiber, partnered with an electric banjo player. Very vibey. Their recent album is produced by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys.
3. Vincent Varvel from St Louis interprets classic covers by Radiohead and Joni Mitchell and more on acoustic guitar
4. Vivian Birch, modern dancer from Webster University choreographs to the music of all performers.
