Impact 100 Using AI to Maximize organizational Impact

Impact 100 is a collaborative gathering designed to bring nonprofit leaders together to explore how artificial intelligence can strengthen organizations and increase community impact across the St. Louis region. Nonprofit organizations face growing demands while often working with limited resources. Artificial intelligence is rapidly emerging as a tool that can help organizations operate more efficiently, communicate more effectively, and expand the reach of their programs and services. However, many nonprofit leaders have not yet had the opportunity to explore how these technologies can be applied in practical and meaningful ways within their organizations. Impact 100 is designed to help bridge that gap. This event will bring together up to 100 nonprofit organizations for a four-hour working session focused on introducing practical applications of artificial intelligence and helping nonprofit leaders begin thinking about how these tools can support their mission and operations. Rather than a traditional conference or lecture-style event, Impact 100 is structured as an interactive discussion and working session where participants can explore ideas, ask questions, share experiences, and begin developing practical approaches to integrating AI into their work. During the session, participants will explore how artificial intelligence can support key nonprofit functions such as: • Fundraising and donor engagement • Grant research and proposal development • Marketing, communications, and storytelling • Data analysis and program evaluation • Volunteer coordination and community outreach • Program design and service delivery • Administrative and operational efficiency Participants will also have the opportunity to assess their organization's readiness to begin experimenting with AI tools and identify areas where technology could help reduce administrative burdens and allow staff to focus more on mission-driven work. In addition to exploring individual organizational opportunities, the event will also focus on the potential for collaboration among nonprofits across the region. Many nonprofit organizations face similar operational challenges, including limited staff capacity, technology constraints, and the need to reach larger audiences with fewer resources. Impact 100 will open the conversation about how organizations may be able to work together to develop shared solutions, shared learning, and potentially shared technology infrastructure that can support the nonprofit ecosystem across the St. Louis region. By bringing organizations together in one room, the goal is not only to introduce new ideas and tools, but also to begin building a network of nonprofit leaders who are interested in exploring how technology can help strengthen the work they do in communities every day. Impact 100 is intended to be a starting point — a space where nonprofit leaders can begin learning, experimenting, and collaborating as they consider how artificial intelligence may shape the future of nonprofit work. The event will take place at 4811 Delmar Blvd in St. Louis, with doors opening at 8:30 AM for coffee, donuts, and networking. The program will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Attendance is free, but space is limited to 100 organizations in order to maintain an interactive working environment. Nonprofit leaders, staff members, board members, and community partners who are interested in exploring how artificial intelligence can support nonprofit impact are encouraged to attend. Impact 100 is being hosted in support of the community with the goal of helping nonprofit organizations better understand emerging technology and begin building the tools, partnerships, and strategies needed to strengthen their impact in the years ahead. Organizations interested in attending can register in advance to reserve their space.
