Vecino Construction is the General Contractor for the Alumnus West Project located at 4457 Saint Louis Avenue St. Louis, Missouri 63115. Alumnus West will be a campus will provide the community with an economic development project, that will remove blight, reduce crime, instill community pride, and provide a wide cross-section of healthcare services to combat chronic disease unique to the neighborhood and area. It will also provide a coronavirus testing site that would facilitate large-scale testing and prevention of the city’s most vulnerable population. Alumnus West will consist of a new wood framed 3 story building with 52-units, community rooms, a fitness center, offices, laundry & 52 parking spaces.
