Kathy is an experienced Yoga and Pilates instructor known for her supportive style and a growth rather than perfection mantra. She mirrors her students' movements and gives clear directions in a calming voice. Kathy uses her knowledge of anatomy to offer modifications for students with injuries or health problems.
