- 20-Minute Stretching Sessions are guided by a Stretch Tech, who takes one’s body through over 100 stretches covering every major muscle group. The goal is to lengthen the muscles, fascia, and other connective tissue in order to reduce tension, increase the range of motion, and interrupt chronic contractions.
