Glass artists can use fusing to make functional items such as bowls and dishes, or decorative pieces for display on walls or tables. Students will be coached in design and are welcome to bring their own ideas for consideration. Fusing lends itself to spontaneous ways of working and free-form constructions are welcome. Each day, new skills will be introduced and students will leave the class with confidence and comfort in fusing and beautiful glass pieces to take home.
