Sketching Class
Instructor: Christine Sniadach
Let’s think Spring! Participants will create an ink sketch of a bo-ho chic She Shed, ready for potting flowers or having a cup of tea and finish with watercolors.
Christine will take you through each step of the sketch and painting. Participants will transfer a basic drawing using a template to the mixed media paper. Then we will use fine line waterproof pens to complete the sketch. We will also darken some of the values with a heavier value pen Last, we will add some colorful watercolor paints to bring it to life.
You can be creative and add a personalized sign, flower, and shed colors as you desire. Have fun with it! Make your own perfect She-Shed!
All materials are provided - including a template - mixed media paper, pens, pencils, erasers, paints, and brushes. You are welcome to bring your own watercolor paints or ink pens with you.
Christine will provide several examples on the board and there will be paper setup for practicing your skills.
