Sabores Mexicanos Taqueria & Cantina is proudly celebrating its one-year anniversary of serving authentic Mexican food in Enfield, CT. Founded by a hardworking family from Guerrero and Hidalgo, Mexico, Sabores has quickly become a beloved destination for those craving bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality.
At the heart of Sabores is Miguel, who leads every role in the restaurant alongside Rigoberto and Palemon. The family moved to the U.S. over two decades ago and worked extensively in the restaurant industry before realizing their dream of opening their own taqueria — a place where tradition, family, and food come together under one roof.
Since opening, Sabores has been embraced by the Enfield community and neighboring towns. Located just minutes from the East Longmeadow, MA border and a short drive from East Windsor, CT, Sabores draws food lovers from across the region.
