On May 1st, join NJ 50501 and other community grassroots activists for a peaceful rally to demand economic justice, workers' rights, and a government that serves the people, not corporate elites. Lawmakers will be in session, so this is an opportunity for our voices to be heard! May Day is a historic day of worker solidarity, but it’s also a distress call: our democracy is under attack. From union-busting and wage suppression to voter suppression and corporate control of politics, the wealthy few are rigging the system. Meanwhile, families struggle with unaffordable healthcare, housing, and attacks on civil rights. We rally because another world is possible—one where workers have power, immigrants are protected, and no one is left behind.
