All aboard the “Ice Cream Express”. There’s nothing better than ice cream on a hot summer day. It’s even better on the train! This 50-60 minute round trip will take you across peaceful Memorial Lake, through historic Woodstown, and over the Oldmans Creek Trestle as our Trainmen share what it was like to travel by rail in New Jersey nearly a century ago. This excursion is great for families, friends, and explorers looking to make Woodstown Central a part of their day here in beautiful Salem County.
While onboard, indulge in your choice of ice cream or custard provided by Cream Valley Custard. A local favorite serving the Woodstown area for over 30 years. Choose from the following (when making your reservations). All served in a 6oz. cup: Chocolate Custard, Vanilla Custard, Creamsicle Custard (most popular!) a mixture of vanilla & orange custard, Sweet & Salty – Vanilla based ice cream with a caramel swirl & chocolate covered pretzel pieces, Cookie Dough Ice Cream, or Cherry water ice.
