Yoga Story Time for Ages 9-12 at the Vineland Public Library (Nov. 17 6pm-7pm)
Children will learn the yoga poses from the story and finish with a calming breathwork exercise.
Parents are also encouraged to participate!
This program is being provided by SERV (Services Empowering Rights of Victims).
This session is FREE and suitable for ages 9-12.
