6-8 Summer Reading Group at the Vineland Public Library- Thursday July 23rd, 2:00pm-3:00pm
Studies show that children who read four or more books during summer vacation see significantly improved test scores when they return to school in the fall. The Vineland Public Library's reading group designed for ages 6-8 includes story time and a craft or activity that engages STREAM skills (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).
This year's summer reading theme is Unearth A Story! Stories and crafts will be centered around dinosaurs and prehistoric times.
Reading club will be held every Thursday from July 9th through August 13th!
This program is FREE to sign up and registration is required.
Please register each child seperately to ensure there are enough supplies for everyone.
Please note: this registration is for the reading group only. All other events, including Family Nights, Art Classes, etc. must be registered for separately.
