Executive Chef Lou Boquila will be pairing his sensational interpretations of Filipino dishes and pairing them with the highest rated rye whiskey on the planet WhistlePig Rye.

Experience WhistlePig's flagship ten year finished in bourbon barrels, their 12 Year Rye finished in a marriage of Portuguese Madeira, French Sauternes, and Port, and lastly get a insiders taste on their unreleased 12 year Sherry Cask finished rye, straight from the WhistlePig Farm in Shoreham, Vermont.
WhistlePig is a family based company with roots in the Philadelphia area. CEO and Founder Raj Peter Bhakta is originally from this area and his sister Mira Anne Bhakta will be leading the tasting on the unique qualities of rye and each individual finish.
Moreover, a Kune Kune Whole Hog sourced from the verdant rolling hills of the WhistlePig farm will be used to prepare this meal of unparalleled creativity.'
