Birds on a Wire Dance Theatre presents HATCH, a mini-festival of world premiere dance works by Philadelphia's emerging choreographers, from Thursday, June 9 to Saturday, June 11, 2016, at The Performance Garage (1515 Brandywine Street). Catch a glimpse of the latest trends in contemporary dance in an evening of short dance works by up-and-coming choreographers: Lora Allen, Belle Alvarez, Marie Brown, Mawiyah Dowd, Corey Melancon, Katie Moore, Nandini Sikand, and donia salem. The evening will include everything from relevant topics such as immigration and social justice to a rock-infused head-banging session and dance music featuring over thirty emerging dancers, choreographers, and designers. All shows are 8:00pm, with doors opening at 7:00pm. Tickets are $20-30 and available online.
