Boxing at The Birches - EVERY TUESDAY
Boxing at The Birches is a wellness program for those diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and can help reduce, improve, and delay symptoms.
Participants use heavy and speed bags to vary the intensity, and the course leaders use punch mitts to allow for varied combinations.
The program class size is limited and open to the public, but a pre-assessment is required. To register, please call Kathleen or Shari at 215-497-7400.
