Guests will receive a first look at new landscape upgrades and a 55-foot light mast that will be used to brighten North Broad Street from City Hall to Glenwood Avenue. Ann Weaver Hart, President of Temple University, Senator Shirley M. Kitchen, and Councilman Darrell L. Clarke will be among several distinguished speakers leading the evening's festivities.
