Register to Join us for an hour with the Triumph brewmister Brendan Anderson 2001, Brendan Anderson transplanted to Hyde Park, New York, after being accepted to the Culinary Institute of America. A few months into his culinary training Brendan was introduced to craft brewing. While attending culinary school he spent the next four years training under John Eccles, brew master of the Hyde Park Brewing Company. In 2005 Brendan left Hyde Park in search for a new brewery. After searching coast to coast, Brendan stumbled across Triumph Brewing Company and was hired to run their brewing department in New Hope, Pennsylvania, in 2006.
