Our Philadelphia Volunteers Lawyers for the Arts program (PVLA) provides much needed pro bono legal assistance to the region's creative sector. Whether it's a simple contract review or full-service representation, our volunteer attorneys are committed to providing their expertise and time in areas ranging from intellectual property issues to immigration and staffing to startup business counseling and nonprofit formation.
Our Summer orientation session will take place on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 8 am to 12 pm. The morning session orients new volunteers to the region's cultural sector and introduces them to the volunteer experience through conversations with seasoned PVLA volunteers, arts managers and artists who have recently completed a project.
Earn 3 CLEs Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (PVLA) is a PACLE Accredited CLE Provider. This program has been approved for a total of 3.0 CLE credit hours: 1 Substantive and 2 Ethics. You must attend the entire program to receive ethics credit.
