1st course - your choice of:
A) Lomi Lomi Salmon - chilled cured salmon with tomatoes, onions, and pineapple.
B) Polynesian Salad - mandarin oranges, pineapple, baby spinach, and mixed greens tossed in a Polynesian vinaigrette.
2nd course - your choice of:
A) Grilled Shrimp and Scallop Kabobs - skewered shrimp, scallops, pineapples, onions, and peppers with a orange-lime glaze.
B) Polynesian Flank Steak - marinated in soy-ginger glaze, thinly sliced, grilled, and topped with pineapples.
3rd course - your choice of:
A) Huli Huli Chicken - huli huli marinated grilled chicken breast with a mango-papaya chutney and served with coconut rice.
B) Kalua Pig - smoked pork shoulder braised in a Hawaiian marinade and served with coconut rice.
4th course is Haupia - Traditional Polynesian coconut pudding.
