Take control of your photography by learning the basics of artificial light. Using a clip on flash unit, or "speedlight," you will learn the basics of producing properly exposed images that balance the light from your flash with the available light.
Topics covered will include: understanding the relationship between flash and exposure, using flash in both manual and automatic modes, using flash in mixed lighting situations, and shaping the light from your on camera flash. (A demonstration of wireless flash triggering will be done if time permits.)
Learning to incorporate on camera flash will greatly expand your photographic possibilities!
