This Event has Passed
Hey, all! Today we will be holding our outdoor class and meet-up at Markward Playground! We will be meeting at the playground/rec center starting at 3:00pm, which is when the kids class will commence. Said class will conclude at 3:45 . The teens/adults class will run from 4:00-4:45pm. Outdoor classes are the same price as they are in the gym, which will be $25.
If you aren’t interested in taking the class this week, we will also be having a guided training session happening at the same time. This will conclude at 5:00pm and will mark the end of the outdoor class/session for the week.
For this event we recommend pants or shorts that will allow for a full range of motion, a comfortable t-shirt, and of course, water!
*Every outdoor class or training session is a “Leave No Trace” event and will include a trash pickup at the spot for that day.*
