'Learn to control your fear' We've all seen high-level athletes conquering amazing feats at great heights and always question how they reached that point. Join Brandon Douglas and Nicholas Ortiz for a workshop on how to deal with fear in your training and how to work up to advancing your physical skill set to gain the confidence to push yourself safely, learn to stay calm in the situations where you feel most vulnerable and to control your fear.
What to Expect
- As athletes that push ourselves at height often, Brandon and I will be covering what we're really feeling as we start reaching our mental limits.
- A safe and fun approach to facing the obstacles that make you feel afraid, we all have different fears, but the process is the same.
- How to approach descents from the ground up.
- An awesome day of training and making new friends through challenging yourself.
Allow yourself to face your fears and have fun doing it, the lessons you will learn will benefit you either as a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
