The Young Professionals Committee for Special Olympics Pennsylvania-Philadelphia (SOPA Philly) and Philly Power Yoga (PPY) are joining together for a special fundraiser event. Join us for a Power Yoga class taught by PPY's expert instructors followed by a post-workout gathering with light snacks and refreshments.
In a room heated to 90 degrees, you will be lead through a one hour sequence of flowing asana's (poses) linked together by breath. Bring a mat, towel, and water to class!
Join us afterwards for light refreshments and snacks in the studio provided by Pure Fare*!
Class: 1pm - 2pm
Post-class refreshments: 2pm - 3pm
*Pure Fare is a healthy gluten free eatery around the corner from Philly Power Yoga! Thanks to both Pure Fare and Philly Power Yoga for their generosity in assisting with this event.
