In this workshop we will be exploring the use of our core muscles within the context of our yoga practice. We will discuss the three main bandhas (body locks) that we use and how best to engage them during the course of our flow. We will explore poses that both build core strength, as well as, those which require strength to achieve proper alignment. Core strength is an integral component of our yoga practice and everyone can benefit from a deeper understanding of how our core works in various asanas (poses).
