Train for an injury-free 5K Run with a certified ChiRunning instructor. ChiRunning is a highly efficient running form that is easy to learn, and helps avoid injury. This 9-week training clinic includes: introductory Chi-Running Workshop on 1/17, weekly group training/coaching sessions beginning 1/19, and on-going coaching and consultation. This is a great program for beginners interested in running their first 5K, or more experienced runners interested in learning ChiRunnint technique. This program is offered in conjunction with the Get Your Rear in Gear 5K on March 22, and benefits local colorectal cancer programs.
