On May 3, some of the community's favorite local chefs will be teaming up with The Salvation Army of Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware to celebrate Philadelphia's farm to table movement and enjoy locally sourced delicacies. Six local chefs representing some of the city's most popular restaurants will host a special brunch for guests at the Morris House Hotel in center city, each with their own unique dishes served buffet-style. All proceeds from the event will raise awareness and support for The Salvation Army's emergency feeding programs for those less fortunate in the community.
The Salvation Army is pleased to team up with the following chefs for the event:
Chef Chris Beyer, JG Domestic of Jose Garces
Chef Michael Griffiths & Chef Kevin D'Egidio, Helm
Chef Evan Seplow, The Belgian Cafe
Adriana Brizuela, Food Blogger from Live.Laugh.Cook
Bryan Cohen, BeSpoke Bacon
Chief Confectioner Joe Green, Affinity Baking
