Lancaster Avenue in Wayne, PA. Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese dinner complete with more than five courses. There will be a tea ceremony demonstration and a presentation of the beautifully presented dishes, each accompanied by a cuisine explanation by Dr. Masako Hamada of Villanova University.
