Casino & Hotel Philadelphia on Saturday, December 18th as he treat guests to an interactive, live holiday cooking demonstration. Guests will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner featuring a root vegetable salad, slow braised short rib daube and spiced apple cheesecake prepared by Irvine, in collaboration with Live!’s expert culinary team, at the Live! Event Center.
