Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is pleased to announce a special wine dinner with Grgich Hills on Tuesday, September 9, 2008. Violet Grgich, Proprietor and Vice President of Operations for Grgich Hills, will host the special vintner dinner in the award-winning Fountain Restaurant. Executive Chef Martin Hamann will prepare a sumptuous five-course menu, pairing the biodynamic and organically grown Grgich Hills wines with the classic cuisine of the Fountain Restaurant. Selections will include their Napa Valley Fume Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The dessert wine will be Violetta, a blend of late harvest Chardonnay and Riseling, which is being specially brought in from the winery for this dinner.
