Understanding NJ Prevailing Wage and Contractor Registration

New Jersey's Prevailing Wage Act is no easy matter. Getting work is tough enough filling out complex paperwork makes it even more of a challenge. And, when a technical error in completing those complicated forms could result in a fine or other penalty, you know it is time to learn how to do it the right way. Associated Builders and Contractors New Jersey Chapter (NJ ABC) invites you to participate in this FREE event hosted by ABC member, Flaster/Greenberg PC, that will answer all of your questions about the Prevailing Wage Act and help you avoid trouble. Three officials from the New Jersey Department of Labor (NJ DOL) and Workforce Development will be on-hand to explain the nuts and bolts of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act.
