The idea of "gaming"? may bring to mind images of young men and women reclining in front of their tvs or computers, controllers in hand, entranced by the screen; but gaming is more than a hobby" t's a business model.
"Gamification"? is a term used to describe the process of applying practices from the gaming world to the business world. For example, games use competition, levels of achievement and rewards to drive players to work toward a goal.
