It's time for Philadelphia to have their own justice league, if only for a moment. On January 8th, Urban Playground invites you to join us as we don our costumes for the first time. Instructions: Wear normal everyday clothes over your costume. When the clock strikes 12:15, yell out your catch phrase dramatically. Then, we will all rush out in full costume to save the day!
