Alchemy X New Years Wellness Class + Brunch
Interested in taking Yoga or Pilates but havent had the opportunity? Or have you tried either class and love the technique and want to flow with us. Join Alchemy X at City Winery on January 8, 2023 for a 50 minute Dance Infused Pilates/Yoga Class. Please bring your own mat as you will be using it the entire class. This class is a dance infused functionally based technique wherein movement is approached and executed with intention, precision and complete respect for one's body. Through intuitively guided instruction and demonstration by Alexis you will understand the dynamics of contraction and extension, adding elements of balance and control to your workout, release and recovery, core stability and understanding of the space within and around you (inspired by modern dance techniques) you will deepen your connection to your physical, mental, and spiritual body all while exploring your artistic self in a safe, judgement-free environment.
