Lorrain Bracco founder of Bracco Wines & Star of the HBO hit Series “THE SOPRANOS” Hosted a tasting dinner at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse. The Wine tasting dinner featured Chima’s authentic Brazilian Churrasco (Brazilian Barbeque) served rodizio style– which included 16 kinds of meat, ranging from filet mignon, pork loin, lamb chops, chicken and salmon all served by authentic “Gauchos.” The Event was highlighted wine tasting featuring different blends of Bracco Wines including Pinot Grigio, Chianti Classico, Montepulciano, Amarone and Primitivo.
