Caffe Aldo Lamberti will host a Spanish Wine Dinner with Special Guest Chef, Chalie Schmidt, Culinary Arts Educator & Professional, on Thursday, January 23rd at 6:30pm. Dinner is 4 courses, each paired with a complementing wine, plus dessert, and costs $75 per guest (plus tax and gratuity).
The menu includes Pan Seared Scallops paired with Albarino, Pazos de Lusco Rias Biaxas 2011; Pork Belly Confit paired with Tempranillo, Numanthia Termes 2010; Paella Valenciana paired with Rioja, Palacios Remondo "Propiedad" 2008; Cabrales Cheese paired with Sandeman Twenty Years Old Tawny, and for dessert, Spanish Churros.
