WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31ST Join us in welcoming Susan Miller, of Birch Run Hill Farms. Together, with their cheeses, we are going to be putting together a very special 5 course cheese composition dinner.
$75/guest- 20 guests only

RED CAT-- A MILD WASHED-RIND CHEESE THAT IS ASSERTIVE AND RICH WITH A VELVETY TEXTURE
