Do you have trouble keeping your diet on track during the holiday season? Or do you want to get a jump on a common resolution and begin to eat healthier before the new year? Aria Health is hosting a Healthy Holiday Eating Workshop in honor of American Diabetes Month. This session will include holiday eating tips, food samples and recipes to try at home. A registered dietician and diabetes educator will be available to offer tips on how to maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine throughout a season that is infamous for unhealthy eating habits and how to stick with it into the new year.
